I haven’t read any of these but they look great. Last month I read Incidents Around the House by Josh Malerman (my first read by him) and it was really good! Highly recommend for October!

I’ve only read a Josh Mallerman novella and really enjoyed it! I’ve been trying to find Incidents Around the House but struggling in the UK.
