Yes - being a parent is hard, yet so rewarding & also hard to be 'on' everyday. Its Ok to not want to read or entertain our children sometimes (just my 2 cents) so it's really good Nova is learning to play by herself a little bit. Hoping you get much needed rest, whenever you can get it before Noah arrives 😊

Well done to Nova for playing outside by herself! Even if it was only for a few minutes, we all gotta start somewhere. I'm terrified of going to a chiropractor, I crack all the time anyway with my Ehlers-danlos. My joints dislocate really easy and I just have the fear I will leave in more pain than I went in with!

Oh gosh, I totally get why you’d be fearful of the chiropractor!

The headche that you get after the chiropractor is how your body is dealing with the toxins that are released while being adjusted. Some people get them after massages too. So just make sure to drink 6-8 oz of water after the chiro and or a massage , it helps with it :)

It won't be long now. It's possible that this time next week you will be a family of 4 instead of 3 + one cooking.😊😊. Well, I hope you get some good sleep and rest so that your energy doesn't feel empty. For some reason Nova seems to have shot up in height this summer. When she was walking in the grass she seemed so much taller than just a few videos ago. It may have just been the angle of the camera but holy cow. OK, hope to see you tomorrow

Being a parent is a hard job with much joy. Plus you are pregnant and your home was under construction. You need to rest before Noah makes his debut.
