Sir, what is the significance of the reference bus? Why is the series switch closed in the zero sequence n/W when the star point is grounded and why is the parallel switch closed when there is a delta winding? Why is the grounding impedance multiplied by 3?

And in case of positive and negative sequence we generally take neutral as reference but incase of zero sequence network we take ground as reference

Sir why in case of generator, negative sequence network doesn't have voltage source

Because you are using Io but in the neutral 3xIo flows. So you need the 3 x.
