@@AaronStatic I'm still using them a ton in my daily explorations - just trying to really master what they can do right now. So far I've not run into anything where I found myself wishing for more - but if I think of anything during my explorations I'll definitely let you know! If there's anywhere we can support your work feel free to post, would love to pass that along in any video where I'm using them.

ngl I have tried using your apps so many times and, being relatively newish to things, frustratingly just couldn't get any of them to make a sound, but this tutorial has me SO excited to try them out again. I'm a classically trained violist (run my viola and other instruments through VCV rack + pedals) and I can't wait to play along with your modules. Thanks for making cool things!

This video has completely changed my approach to vcv rack. I no longer am constrained by the bleep bloops of the machine gods. What a great tutorial and it has legitimately made me so excited to continue learning with vcv!

@@blotterdreams This works with the “Cable Palette” module from Count Modula. Not sure about the one you’re using. Make sure to activate the Lock so it doesn’t randomise it every time :)

One thing I might add to this, is adding probability to the trigger coming out of the clock module that triggers the chord, using a chances module or something like that.

Thats how I feel every time I see how someone else do things their way! A lot of the way look at things still come from my hardware setup. I had a QuBit Chord and a 960 sequencer where I would essentially do this same thing - it was just a product of those limitations.

Just getting into VCV Rack. Great video but your mic is low. I subscribed. I asume your using the VST version of VCV rack?
@blotterdreams Жыл бұрын
Nope, this is the regular desktop version. I'm using the VCV Host modules to run VST's within VCV! It's a paid module, but worth it in my opinion if you have even a few VST's you'd like to use.

I think your send reverb must be 0 dry and full wet, otherwise your adding the original back into the mix.
