If you mean you have more than one independent variable (some dimensions of one variable as a separate variable) then you need to perform the same steps by changing the independent variable in each step.

To get the feel of the data and to known the directions of relationships, you need to run descriptive statistics and correlations, after which you can run sequential mediation or any other hypotheses that u want to test.
