Japan shows itself really well against one of the most strongest team on Olympic Games, despite the fact that Japan don’t have a lot of high players. It will be intriguing for funs to look at Japan!
This game is really good for Japan wont be surprised if they will be better more importantly their defensive strategy anticapating and challenging every opponents offense in the Olympics.

Hachimura and Lakers lost 11 times in row against Jokic and Denver, and you really think 3pts over his head is revenge? 😂

We can see how good Hachimura and Watanabe were to play in the NBA. With their presence, Japanese team is totally different. Playing big might be an option for Japanese coach, hawkinson and jacobs playing together seems good in defense and not bad in offense. Have been hoping Tominaga to be more consistent, because his 3s is very deadly but every team has tried to give him physicality a lot, so as Kawamura.

The women's national basketball team won the European Championship twice in 2015 and 2021 and Olympic bronze medal in 2016. Serbia men's national 3x3 team have won five FIBA 3x3 World Cups (in 2012, 2016, 2017,2018 and 2022), and four FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup (2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022). A total of 31 Serbian players (four with an NBA ring) have played in the NBA in last three decades,[when?] including Nikola Jokić (three-time NBA Most Valuable Player and a six-time NBA All-Star), Predrag "Peja" Stojaković (three-time NBA All-Star) and Vlade Divac (2001 NBA All-Star and Basketball Hall of Famer).[4] European basketball coach Željko Obradović who won 9 Euroleague titles as a coach. The first foreign coach in the history of any NBA team is Igor Kokoškov. KK Partizan basketball club was the 1992 European champion and ŽKK Crvena zvezda women's basketball club was 1979 European champion. Miloš Teodosić (2010) and Nemanja Bjelica (2015) received the award for the most useful player in the Euroleague, and Predrag Danilović, Žarko Paspalj, Zoran Savić, Željko Rebrača and twice Dejan Bodiroga were named the most useful players in the final tournament. Aleksandar Nikolić and Ranko Žeravica were received from the coaches, and Obrad Belošević from the basketball referees. Due to the many successes, basketball is currently the second most popular sport in the country, trailing only slightly behind football. It is also the most popular sport played by women, sharing the position with volleyball.
Salvia was really strong… Japan got the best member for the game and we couldn’t do much… Japan got the strongest team ever in the history for sure. But the world level is really high.

Japan might win if more black guys go to breed with Japanese women
i think Japan gave too many transition points and points in the paint. No problem with offense but I think they should make some adjustments in defense before Olympics starts.

Debate me if I’m wrong. This Japanese national team is the best national team they ever had throughout history.
Joker just teased Japan with simple pick-and-roll and long passes, and didn't even need many shots. XD

The Japanese team had no physicality, they played safe and just let Serbia shoot, also outside of yuta I felt that everyone was just lost, and even yuta was not playing well, a lot of times he fell for pump fakes tried to steal the ball, unnecessary double teaming and trying to interfere passes leading for open shots because the guy he is supposed to be guarding is now open. They are also using too much pace early, and then slowing down after getting tired. Everyone seems to be going all-in instead of creating for their team mates. Lots of the turnovers on this game were caused because of lack of stamina. You can see by the way they start slowing down and passing the ball really slow in the final minutes of each quarter.
