It has been an issue for years now in FIBA competitions, they bring way less experienced referees to arbiter games high above their skill level in the effort of "globalizing" the game (as if someone who makes 20 questionable calls during the game will make it more popular than someone who does it 4-5 times).

Calls were on US side, they let Embid get away with so much traveling, when Serbia complained they got technicals, while Lebron spent half of a match in refs faces jelling. Also they wouldnt call the intentional fouls serbia was making untill Americans made a shot to give them a +1, and that Jokic foul on AD while KD already shot was insane, i have never seen anything like that. I am obviously Serbian, very proud of our guys, we did a great job but i think that the outcome of this game could have been diferent if both teams were treated the same.
