Doc and Darvin Ham still being there is the exact thing that should give you hope. The fact that they're over the 2nd Apron actually really restricts what kind of trades they would even be able to do with Giannis or Dame. If they want to make a big change, there really isn't anything to be done except changing the coaching staff. Look at the Lakers for an example of what the Bucks could be. Obviously it's an extremely short sample size so far but they look so much more organised and motivated with JJ Redick than they did with Ham. Honestly they look like a completely different team.

Allen Iverson dominated his role as captain of the Philadelphia 76ers. When neither franchise could make it work one sent the other to said franchise for success. And although both of them were friendly and respectful to a fault. Neither of them wanted to submit to the other. Which led to nowhere. Yes Milwaukee needs an actual Coach. How many first round picks is Giannis worth?

The GM of the bucks rides the short bus. Giannis is dumb for staying with the bucks Any idiot could have seen Lillard was going to be bad. He sucked on defense in his prime and he is supposed to improved at age 35? lol! Lillard tricked all of you.

This They threw any chances of even getting out of the second round when they hired Doc and traded a winning PG for Dame, a perpetual loser.

@@BaithNaTheir chances of winning again with Holiday as their third option were not that much higher, which was literally proven in their last 2 playoff runs with him, injuries aside. If they had kept him and Budenholzer, Jrue's inconsistency and Bud's lack of adjustments, on top of their health issues and the constant improvement of the league, were going to continue preventing them from winning another title.

Not true. Many people were aware of Dame's defensive woes before he got to Milwaukee, but no one could've seen that he would struggle this much. His defense would not even be a huge problem if everything else was fine (the coach, the defense, the depth, the health). Since that is not the case, his poor defense is magnified.
