There were a lot of sweet moments in this episode. With Ash and Serena (KISS YOU IDIOTS!). Ash urging the crowd to cheer on Hop (that did made me misty eyed). And the moment with Leon and Hop at the end (all the hugs!).

Much better version of Reuniting for the First Time, another Wallace dawn back with Serena and may we actually see ash battle Wallace and a new moment for ash and Serena, ash and hop's final battle as well as hop inferiority complex to Leon were both great and the moment the two brothers shared was sweet, can't wait to see who ash battles in his final champions League match.

Giving Ash an exhibition match VS Wallace was great! It reminded me of Caitlin VS Cynthia in the Junior Cup. However, I'm personally fatigue of seeing him and many others just using Milotic to be a species fodder for Pikachu. Glad to see that Serena is taking on new heights and that Hop showed his worth by battling Ash's new Pokémon here. Fantastic work as always. This part was short yet sweet. Felt necessary to tie some loose ends. Very well done.

The return of all three Pokegirls May Dawn and of course Serena were they showcase their contest skills Ash battling against Wallace and of course, the moment between Ash and Serena where she blush when she’s being talked to Ash Amourshipping am I right? LOL so jokes decide these two have really good chemistry since there Kalos adventures… well for your rewrite Man and damn Hop is going through some breakdowns because he thinks he gives overshadow by his big Brother Leon I was so did Hop begin to glow up much white Goku from Dragon BallI don’t mean to brag, but I think all three Girls look cute in their contest outfits and yes, I don’t mean to brag but Ash X Serena are adorable but I didn’t notice that Hop’s Shiny Cinderace in his G-max wasn’t a Shiny

Loved the vid, favorite part was seeing Serena, Dawn, and May being buddies with one another. For Ash VS Hop, I wish Leon could've joined the commentator's booth and give his thoughts. If he did, it could have more emotion in both competitors. In this moment, Ash could be more motivated to beat Leon. As for Hop, during the battle, he could continuously proclaim that he'll be the one to challenge Leon, not Ash. However, after losing the entire battle, he could have a bigger breakdown after seeing Leon applaud, thinking that it was Ash that impressed him as well as the crowd. Then again, that's just me.

Okay you're probably not going to do this but, I have a rewrite that depends no scratch that relies on the same pairings call Leon having the same opponents for the Masters 8 tournament during that one filler episode that gave us Cynthia's backstory with her Garchomp lean in to the fact that hop is a massive Pokemon nerd and have him reveal that off screen he studied all the champions and if Leon's Charizard the old girl actually beat mega X Charizard the clinch Leonard victory over Alain but that was a one-time out of a million Victory literally and that his next opponent Diantha is the best known for being so in sync with her Ace that they barely have to make eye contact with no psychic mind reading necessary for both of them to know what to do even as Leon sweeps hops starter is Galore region specific Rapidash and that little sheep Pokemon that he literally went on a mountainous Journey in his Twilight Wings episode to get back

The only thing that IMO needs improvement is that the battles should be longer and better described, with more details on the moves used, the way they are being used etc, like in the Sword and Shield anime by infamous trainer, I hope that at least by the masters tournament we can have those kind of battles

@Zanolith hello, this question has been in my mind recently, just like every other question i keep thinking of.: 1) what gave you the idea of ash using his new pokemon ( dragonite, gengar and lucario) while also using his old pokemon for the champions league, and the masters tournament? 2) when is goh and project legend receive more focus? Unless that’s the next episode due to regieleki and redrago appearing in the opening.

Yeah there was. The kiss still happens. Sense I’m not a fan of shipping and Pokémon I tried to make it more relatable, Ash and Serena help each other out an equal amount in my rewrite.

That is actual misinformation. Satoshi Tajiri had nothing to do with Electric Tale of Pikachu, or the anime. He was more involved with the games from Gens 1 to 3, that was it. Electric Tale of Pikachu is also a different interpretation of the anime to begin with, and is not canon to anything but itself. There is also nothing in that manga confirming those two get together. The most we have is that Jessie and James get together and have a kid. That's it. And even if Ash and Misty was an idea in the past, they dropped that one a LONG time ago.
