What doesn't make sense to me is why he didn't even try to have a private conversation with Michael Johnson? He immediately resorts to internet drama. Alexis Ohanian should be a man and talk to Michael Johnson one on one, like a man would. The 2 events wouldn't even conflict either. Athlos is after the season is over. Grand Slam is regular season. Its just giving the vibe that Ohanian wants attention. But the reality of both situation is... neither of them will stay long term. GST is not going to be profitable because outside eyes are not gonna pay for FloTrack. Athlos isn't doing anything new that hasnt been done either. You can't do the same things over and expect different results.

I think it's cool that Alexis' "league" highlights females athletes, particularly, Black female runners. In worldwide sports, and oftentimes in T&F, it seems that Black female athletes, as a whole, don't get the spotlight they deserve. Kudos to MJ for starting his league; the more the merrier. Both "leagues" have shortcomings. So far, has MJ's league signed any non-American athlete? Also, what about the field events?
