I mean, the ceremony was not just about liberalism and I think people seem to forget that. In my opinion, just the fact that the ceremony was outdoors for the first time and on the Seine made the event unique and special. I'm not a party person but it was like an open-air party, especially at night with the Eiffel Tower lit up and the music... Serena who was there must have been able to feel the experience in person and compare this one with the previous experience she had during the last Olympics ceremony she attended.
