Man I love how simple Serene Village was before leaving to join the Expedition Society.... and then revisiting it after (well I don't want to say spoilers) but the setting was a huge 180 after THAT event.

'The Terrific Tales Of Team Timeflame! Chapter 4-1: 'The Bellowing Spilt Between The Sands!' Date and Time of Expedition Report: 14th December #### 2:03 PM The scorching sun lives it's eternal gaze upon the blowing sands of the Bulfano Desert. A shimmering heat blanketed the orange cracking rocks and prickly cacti which were seen as far as the eye can truly see. All the while a silence reigned quietly. But before long, a orange spark shined in the cloudless sky... and then more sparks appeared with four bodies flying out of them. WOOOOOOOOOOAHH!! The bodies of Typic, Jack, Trevor and Ash creased towards the ground with heavy speed after being teleported due to Ash's curious nature biting their backs like a vicious viper. As they saw the sand below them, Typic ordered his group to brace for impact and no fewer than a few seconds later.... THUD! They have landed head first into the rough sand. Jack and Ash were the first to plop out their heads and knocked onto their feet. 'Ugh... my head... I feel like sand is coursing through my brain.' said a dizzy Jack to which Ash shook his dusty fur and looked all around. 'Damn it! I got sand within my fur! But at least it's better than getting it your mouth.' he exclaimed. 'Oh really?! Your fur's condition is second only to where the hell we ended up at!' shouted Trevor as he pulled his head out. Typic was the last to be free and as he plopped out he felt his throat was coarse and rough and started to cough sand out of his mouth. COUGH! COUGH! 'Ugh... this is like Northern all over again with my throat. You guys ok?' he asked. 'Yeah... We are mostly unharmed from the impact but our direction has taken a heavy blow.' Ash reported. As the last of the sand came out from their throats, the group looked all around and all they saw was rock formations and cacti as far as their eyes can see within. 'We must have ended up in the Bulfano Desert! I know it!' Jack reported to which Trevor gave his furious glare. 'I can see that Sherlock... But more importantly... WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING ASH?!' he shouted at the terrified Flareon. 'I'm sorry for making us bite the bullet but that platform wasn't active until Typic-' Ash started before he was headbutted further into the sand. 'Oh no! You are not getting Typic in this mess! This is entirely your fault!' Trevor shouted before Typic stood between them. 'ALRIGHT! THAT'S ENOUGH YOU TWO!' he barked sending the argument into silence before sighing, 'We can blame who got us into this mess later but right now we need to get our bearings.' he said to which he noticed Jack with the map in his hands 'What happening to the map?' he asked to which Jack showed him. The symbol of the orange mushroom they saw earlier was on the northwest of the map. 'I believe the map is leading us somewhere within this desert and since we have no leads to go off with. I think it's best we follow the symbol's lead.' he suggested before closing it. Typic nodded strongly, 'Alright team! We are trekking to the northwest! Buckler mentioned a town was built within here and if we are lucky, the map will lead us there Cmon! ' he ordered as he and Jack started to walk. Ash looked at a still annoyed Trevor, 'Look... like it or not this is much better than standing around and getting scorched.' he exclaimed to which Trevor replied. 'If we end up even more lost... I'm putting the blame on you.' were what he said as the duo ran to catch up with the leaders. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile.... 'What do you mean that station is no longer active?!' Rinstone asked to the Ampharos conductor. The rest of his group were outside the station while he was trying to find a transport route to the Bulfano Desert. 'I''m terribly sorry sir.' the conductor explained 'But ever since the terrible accident that happened a week ago, Skiowoll transports are prohibited to enter the region until the town can get themselves under control.' he finished before noticing that Rinstone walking away from his post in fury. As Rinstone came outside, Milo simply said 'Any luck?' to Rinstone sighed ' No dice, Skiowoll transports are blocked from entering the region due to a terrible accident that happened on the region's behalf.' he explained to which Buckler was both shocked and confused. 'WHAT!? Why would they close a major route for supplies and folk? What caused the accident?' he questioned. 'They have very few details but it's most likely due to a transport of some kind... GAH! Why didn't they follow us out?! Why didn't I come to save them?!' Rinstone shouted before Rico placed his hand upon him. 'Stop blaming yourself for this mess Rin. I'm sure they can handle themselves for day or so. But now... How are we going to catch up with them?' he questioned. 'I believe I could be of assistance for your little journey perhaps.' said an unknown voice which immediately made the group turn around to see a cloaked stranger with a fair hunting hat and bandanna covering his face. 'Who are you? How do you know about our troubles?' Lario questioned to which the stranger tipped his hat forward. 'I overheard your argument with the station and I am as well surprised by the closing which has made many folk feel stranded to the west.' he exclaimed 'But that closing made people take on my services to get there on part of my little route.' he added. He had a confident glint in his eye, 'If you wish to see your fiends... you only have to take my word for it.' he said. 'Why would we trust you completely?' Rinstone started to bark as Buckler stood forward. 'Rinstone my friend... We have very few options left and the more time we waste, the more likely Typic and the others will die out there!' he explained. Buckler soon turned back to the stranger with a sigh. 'We'll take your offer... only if you speak the truth.' he beckoned to which the stranger nodded. 'I know the truest path to that town you seek, And believe me you have made a very wise choice. Come.... I lead you to my transport.' he said as he walked further west with the desperate group behind them. As they walked to the stranger's transport... Lario closed her eyes and in her tears... she spoke to herself... 'Please... We are coming soon... Typic... The others.... Don't die now... please...' TO BE CONTINUED...
