SERENITY TOWER | CITY AND TRANSIT HUB PLAZA | SUDIRMAN CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (SCBD) | JAKARTA

Hello everyone
This is my final assigment in architecture major, which i designed a mixed used high rise building. This project located in Jakarta, spesifically at SCBD Lot 1, Senayan, South Jakarta. This building consists of four function, which is office, business hotel, shopping mall, and open communal space.
Serenity Tower has 33 floor (about 170 m tall) and the total land area is 15.075,5 meter square.
