I wish there was a full conversion mod for New Vegas to add Power Armor Frames. It's one of the few things I actually like about Fallout 4, It made Power Armor feel pretty powerful.

That is one of the few things I think Fallout 4 did that was absolutely, definitively better than any of the others. They felt like a vehicle, almost. They made them feel stronger and more powerful than any of the others, regardless of stats. Just the look of them portrayed it instantly.
