But that was likely due to the enclave's influence within their government and absolutely did not try to seek a long term option that would benefit the american public as a whole. Probably thanks to their cooperation with vault tec. Which would make even more sense if by Epicnate's word is correct and that they did infact initiate nuclear war. I'm pretty sure with China's megacities getting wiped out that they've been reduced to nomadic tribes of ghouls and cattle herders, with CCP remnants vying for power while the remaining US power armor troops continue the war efforts, slaughtering the few remaining Chinese people. If the East Coast BoS was willing to nuke the Institute for basically nothing, I don't see why U.S. power armor soldiers wouldn't be hunting Chinese for fun. edit: I wonder what they call Yao Guais in China, if they even have them...also I'd love to see the rise of a nomadic horse rider culture taking over like the Mongols or the Huns.
@The_Lucent_Archangel3 жыл бұрын
They wouldn't be hunting CCP remnants "for fun". It'd be because their government nuked the US and likely killed all those troops' families along with wrecking the entire planet over starting a fight they couldn't at least lose at gracefully. I would be curious about a panda version of a yao guai, though.

What Beth should do is make spin off games around the world. So fallout 1, 2, 3,4, 76, (and also 5, 6 ect if we get them) all in America and then have other games around the world and if they put lots of effort and look at what the fandom as come up with they can make a decent game

When I first read some of the names and entries at mama dolces (John Johnson) I thought they were just extremely over the top American names consistent with the lore. Only recently did the enclave quests and were told they were Chinese spies using these hilariously obvious names. Fallout 76 is very underrated and if anyone loves this series it is a must play

Sounds just like Yoyodyne in "The Adventures of Buckaroo Bonzai Across the 8th Dimension" where all of the aliens have the first name John and when checking the employee records they see that all of them were hired on the same day.

Let me just thank you that you kept at this whole thing; I've seen a bunch of your old videos, and no offense but I personally would've gotten discouraged and quit because of how little traction those were getting- especially since the quality was already there! Each time I'd came across remnants of chinese presence in the US, I can't help but think about the thousands US troops who were fighting on mainland China when the bombs dropped, did they all just died ? Did some live to build a "little america" like the Shi did, or even US army ghouls still fighting what's left of China's people to continue the fight after 200 years? Also you forgot about the Chinese presence in Pittsburgh/ The Pitt ! But we don't learn much at all from theme besides that they were probably just another chinese spy cell hidden in the US

Would be super dope if we got content from Bethesda with the situation in China. Even dlc would have be dope like a successful trip back on the Yangtze-31 with captain zao. Slim chance but I guess what makes stories like these so interesting is it allows us to ponder on the potential stories playing out all over the fallout vers. 🤘🏼
