Beautiful.!!Prokovief,Abbato ,Rai Rome. Now this orchestra don't exist, it has closed and Rai spend a lot of money making shows that often are not of good level. What a pity

It's a pitty that the microphone didn't catch the piccolo solo. It's perhaps the best version of this suite I ever heard. And also the clarinets are low. But it is really fine

Well, for a very long time women didn't play in the great orchestras. the philhamonic orchestra of vienna for example didn't allow women to play in the orchestra until 1997!

Elképesztően jó ez az előadás (zeneszerző, zene, karmester, zenekar)! Mondják, esetleg túl gyors. Nem! Ez nem maga a balett zenéje, ez a szvit! Kiegyensúlyozott, folyamatos ütemtartás, átgondolt dirigálás. (Amúgy meg mesteri a hangszerelés, s ahhoz is illik a "gyorsaság".)

That was really great,but a bit perplexed as to why not a single love theme was played in this arrangement. Wonderful performance though.
