Where is the catch? - Sony 24-70 zoom VS Leica 28 mm prime. I am sure the 24/f1.4GM will be sharp all over.

You making a basic error, it's obvious the prime lens will be sharper on the edge of photo.

Let’s see which is the sharpest and shoot through a glass shield covering the entire scene? Not a professional, but I don’t think the glass wall has the highest optical quality…

It is not that, he is comparing a zoom lens with a prime lens 🤦🏻‍♂️everyone knows that fixed focal length lenses are better for image quality, comes with higher apertures and they are less expensive.
