When I first heard this song, I was driving in to work. The weather was sour, pouring rain that reduced visibility to a few feet while gales of wind tried to force cars into adjacent lanes. Something in those cords resonated with me and after a moment of fighting against the stormy weather, I pulled over on the side of the road and began to weep. I wasn't afraid of the storm or that I would get into an accident. This song just clicked with me and woke up feelings I had thought buried. This is a remarkable composition. It is beautiful, soothing, and mournful in a way that words escape. Never has a song make me long for something I'm missing and yet tease me with comfort of finding it.

No words...music from a beautiful soul. Goes to show that one need not play a gazillion notes per second to make complex music. The parts where he uses the bow was amazing and the tapping was brilliantly timed. On the lighter side he used everything on the screen to make music except the chair.

I love how emotional it becomes when transforming from a nice and gentle melody on top of a simple base line to a continuously looping cycle that layers new aspects and dimensions of intrigue to an already amazing piece! This song reminds me of the book, The Alchemist. Each has a timeless or rather nameless feel to it, and inspires a sense of awe in many who experience it. I love how at 2:04, it looks like Sergio will pick the string, but leaves it floating as the loop goes on.
