I’ve said it a thousand times: the main problem of the management decision hiring Fonseca was that they hired a coach that was going to make Milan play a “dominant style of football” again. In reality, a competent manager would see this squad hasn’t the DNA of playing possession football, especially if you look at the flaws and qualities of the strongest players this team must be built around! I respect the ambition Fonseca had and also have no doubt he tried his best to steer things around, unfortunately his playing philosophy did not fit this team, and I blame the management for not seeing that!

so what if we are all Maldini's Fan Boy ? He is a legend and exemplary professional who made champion of this group during difficult seasons. I'd say people who blaming Maldini or said that management was right to fired Maldini, lack of respect and history knowledge of Milan. Sure, you had your moments saying that "where's Maldini now?" when we beat Madrid or Inter but fact of the matter remains, as a group we are completely shambles.

I wanted Concenciao even before we knew about interest in Fonseca. Look, I think he is someone with authority and I think Ibra&Gerry didnt want to get him in a first place, because he is not someone who will be manipulated easily. I think he can get this team in order and i wish he does.

I am really happy with the Cnonceiçao hire but I do feel bad for Fonseca. The treatment he received from the management and the fanbase at large was awful.

Fonseca was not supposed to be Milan coach in the first place,nothing was recommending him,why they didn’t hire Cosençao from the first place? Ibran and Furlani expetiment costed us the season,now everything is lost the best we can get is 4th place to get ucl next year. Wish Fonseca all the best.

As for Colombo im not sure, but that Romero guy might have had potential but that wing was covered so well by Puli so we kinda forgot about him..

From what i know Milan whanted Sérgio before Paulo Fonseca but never came to hapenned so they went do Paulo the results wasca bet shaking so Sérgio was aveilable still so they trayed again and here we are.

I wasn’t entirely convinced by fonseca, but for him to be the linchpin of criticism is a far cry. Whoever green lit the transfer of Royal is really the one that needs to go😂 If we’re following reports like Fonseca wanted players like Kalulu and Salamaekers(who we all know were players that gave games 100% effort), then why look at the net gain instead of the manager’s desires? Fonseca was set up to fail, given the sacking of piolo and Maldini(who the players loved and trusted), there was no chance fonseca could reorganize Milan on a structural level. The seasons practically over to me, but now we just need to fight the other teams for a champions league spot and I hope Conceicao can whip some players into shape(Leao, Chuku, Theo, and I pray to god we don’t sell tomori). Come sempre, forza Milan
