Thomas is now potentially the biggest legend that Brentford has ever seen. Us Brentford fans worship the floor that this man walks on, he is absolutely fantastic. The biggest compliment that I gave him is that when he came to Brentford, he took our existing culture and was able to mould it to become his own implementation of it, while still keeping the fans fully involved and the clubs roots at the heart of it all.

As an Evertonian I would absolutely love him to be our manager at the new stadium but I admire him too much to inflict our sorry state on his genius. A gentleman on so many levels… the game needs so many Thomas Franks.

I honestly dont think he would never go to a everton or a west ham. They are clearly historically "bigger" clubs but it doesnt really matter in this case. He has said himself that he will never have a setup that is better than what he has now, and only the right situation at a top 6 club could lure him away. Would he have a better chance to get to europe with west ham or everton than with Brentford? Unlikely. Is he more likely to be fired after 6-12 months. Very much so.
@JB-kk5vg20 күн бұрын
@@Admire Agreed, even as a West Ham supporter. Would love to think that one of the (so called) biggest clubs would entrust him with their job one day - is he really less qualified than a Postecoglou, an Amorim, a Ten Hag?

I saw the match against Chelsea last night. I were so impressed by how all kept fighting on and in the end got very very close to come all the way back. Many teams easily could have ended with a 5-0 loss but by TEAM work they found a path back that were SO close to fully materialise. It ended with a 2-1 loss but I admire deeply how they fought to last second in both ends. It makes matches so great because you know that even if behind, they will fight to the end and we have seen it can make the difference. That TEAM spirit and fighter spirit are the reason I, that have been a Man Utd. fan most of my life, now watches all the Brentford matches I can. May Brentford continue to climb the ranks. Europe needs to see more Brentford!
