How are you finding guys willing to drive junior? My current (first and probably last) trainee wants to go home every 2 weeks, I enjoy training but its killing my business.

Ohhh wow. If he's in training he doesn't have a choice and if he does then I'd say to go and get another student because it's not efficient for the business 👍🏽

Let me dispatcher sweet talk me into continuing with this guy after the first 2 week vacation he took, basically reached sunk cost fallacy territory at this point because we're already about halfway through his TNT now lmao, some videos for trainers to help navigate problem trainees and such would be helpful. Keep trucking out there man and stay safe 👊
