Walking from Capernaum to Chorazin: In the Footsteps of Jesus

There's an ancient trail that connects two cursed Biblical cities: Capernaum and Chorazin. An archaeological survey discovered ancient ruins alongside this route, but there are no available pictures or documentation to look at online. So, today we embark on a journey to walk this trail, from Chorazin to Capernaum, and see for ourselves what lies in its path.

This is a wonderful video and I thank you for sharing your journey. I would love to see Israel one day and walk in the footsteps of our Messiah, and possibly follow a few of my granny's who loved it there so much she almost never came home. I am unsure as to how possible that will ever be as my husband and I are both disabled and on a severely limited income. We are getting around the issue by beginning a homestead with chickens and rabbits on our 1/3 acre lot. Our hope is to take enough financial burden off of ourselves that we can afford to save up for trips to different places so perhaps it is how we will afford our trip to Israel.

I LOVE your videos that show both history and how much you share the same passion. Those structures reminded me that when I read Josephus' account of all the preparations and skirmishes that happened during the 1st Jewish revolt in 68 AD- 74 AD, a LOT of activity was occurring around the Sea of Galilee as that was where John oF Gishala --a famous rebel leader, was based, and the Romans had to go into that area and fight. I wonder if somewhere under those boulders are remains of fortifications from that war??
