Thank you so much! My Walbro 255 finally went down and at the advice of my Race Car Builder I put a DW300 in. I installed the DW but wasn't happy about the O-rings and the way the Cradle went together. Found your vid and did it your way. Awesome Awesome Awesome and the DW 300 gave me another 30hp atw on the Dyno. 323hp na @10300 K-Series rule!

Curious to why you went this route over the drop in DW265LPH pump? The DW flow an extra 10LPH and there is no modifications needed for install. I was going to get a walbro255 , but once i saw the DW265 i was sold. I also picked up DW1000cc injectors.

Help!!!!!! Does a cut on the blue wire affect the pump? I’m replacing mine at the moment but I noticed a slight cut on the blue wire and idk what to do

After this mod, reinstalling the pump module is hard, and getting the gasket to sit right is also hard to do....great vid....but people need to be aware that there is potential to have hard time with reinstalling

@SERGMOTIVE GARAGE do you know of any configuration that would allow a stock RSX Type S ECU to run a K24? Mine says it runs lean and I wondered if upgrading the fuel pump might do the trick. I'm running the K24 injectors and don't know what else to try.. :/

Hey guys, fellow RSX owner who needs some help. Old fuel pump was leaking gas, mechanic swapped it out for a new one, car wont accelerate properly anymore (ex. when I press gas pedal to quickly shift to lower gear to accelerate or even at a standstill, car struggles and feels jerky when accelerating.) Can it be a pinched feed line? Something not connected right? Want to know some probabilities it could be before I start tackling this on my own She doesn't feel the same when I drive and I know somethings up

Sup, i have changed my CRV pump for a Deatschwerks 255lph. Its completely different set-up but i have been re-using the entire assembly. Im not running any return line and still use the stock fuel regulator. I have high full pressure at 58-65 psi and was wondering if you got the same problems as me since you seems to keep the stock pressure regulator.

I didnt hear you say anything, but did you use a submersible fuel line for the new feed? Because a regular fuel hose will start deteriorating and turn your fuel black over time, and ya not very good for the system.

Yeah, he mentioned it is submersible. Check the 13:05 minute mark for part number and spec. Also linked in the description.

I have a 02 rsx type s with a k20/k24 built engine. i recently started driving it again after it sitting for a while. after a week i had problems with it hesitating when given any throttle in gear. but idles fine and revs fine in neutral. it boggs, sputters and surges, then wants to die when im giving it gas, sometimes back fires to. wondering if it could be the injectors or fuel pump causing this? fic 1000cc injectors walbro 255lph fuel pump on e85. on code is fuel tank pressure sensor low voltage. thanks for any advice!

@@byronfresh1 chnaged my pcv valve, tps, map sensor, iacv, refeshed tune. had a vaccume leak i think. i just kept looking into forums for answers

My car is turbo so it doesn’t really matter if you modify the pump but it will help keep you from leaning out on a all motor

I followed all of the instructions in the video the car ran for like 2 minutes then the car shut off and threw a cel im lioe wtf and then noe i dont hear the fuel pump turning on wtf did i do wrong or what do yoy think the issue might be

@@hondacivicgsrturboyeah i figured it out my issue might be different than yours i have my underglow hooked up to the fuel pump fuse and it blew so u just put in a higher amp fuse and no issues ever since

This is completely wrong, DO NOT CUT THE FUEL CAGE! This is exactly what causes lean spikes. The cage was meant to be sealed to store some fuel. I have a video on it, do not cut it.

you didn't accomplish anything other than replacing parts...for not running a return line setup you could have just used the stock feed no problem.
