2. Small Phillips head screwdriver
3. Open Prying tool
4. Hair dryer or heat gun

Why didn’t you just use the quick release adhesive tabs (4 of them) instead of heating the iPhone to replace the battery? While you’ll need to install new quick release adhesive tabs, the process would take less effort.
