The settings wouldn't do mine, but the 3 buttons did. The boot-up took a while, so I thought it didn't work, but then it did. Now I hope it will like my Sim card from the old phone, as I'd like to keep the carrier company.

You will lose contacts saved on the device. If you have them saved to google account or on the sim card you will still have them. Cell service has nothing to do with reset.

Hi. I hope that you can help. I tried to set up the hands free option for a j7 sky pro. Good news! I was successful at getting the time said aloud. After that the phone went crazy!!! The voice activated and named all the keys I tried to use. Randomly announcing that the screen was closed but unlocked. Each time I try to open an app I have to hold my finger on the app til a blue box outlines it then quickly double tap and maybe it opens. Please help.

I have that same problem. Mine doesn't just display the rebooting at the top when I press the volume, power, and home buttons either.

After the buttons worked just the way you showed me then the SmartSwitch wouldn't until I got both phones onto the 5G WiFi. Then SmartSwitch had to be updated on one of them so they have the same version, too.
