I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage. Got diagnosed with ADHD. Spent my whole life fighting ADHD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

My lived experience can confirm I am in a battle with being constipated for many years. What helped me most was making a conscious effort to have one or two large 24oz hot green or black teas while im working as a consistent, daily thing during my work week. Also, I try to follow my watch's stand notifications so my bowels and lymph system is more physically mobile. Along with my tea I make sure to take some Psyllium Husk Fiber capsules and try not to eat 30 min before or after doing that. I like to try to eat a cut up apple every day or blueberries or red rasberries as an alternative. I also make sure to drink close to 8-16oz of tea with the capsules so they can do their thing (which is basically to turn into a slime). And never everrrrrr push when you poop. You need to wait for urgency even if you're uncomfortable. You will eventually naturally have a bowel movement if you're doing all these things. It will become easier than ever, you won't create or aggravate hemorrhoids, it will change your life and you will feel so much better. also life-changing: get an after-market bidet... i don't wanna poop anywhere but home. The small talk thing... super awful. I wanna crawl out of my skin even having chats with people I LIKE. I dont want them to notice that I'm drifting further away. I dont want them to think I'm an airhead. I want to escape the situation BADLY... like a caged rat. I get super anxious in those situations and just hope they wont comment on the lack of eye contact, the darting eyes. I used to be so direct and confident when I had access to medication. I specifically remember dipping back into an everyday fog when i was taken off them... and now its so hard to even see someone to get back on them. Already waiting 7+ months in the US and somehow know I'll get stuck with the psychiatrist that decides in advance they're gonna avoid treating me with stimulants. Wooo.

Wow I’m 50 this year and was diagnosed ADHD 3 years ago.. however constipation has been a cronic medical issue of mine ever since I can remember. I’ve been hospitalised too many times to count, and surgery I can only just count on 2 hands… 😮 I have overwhelming sense of justice to the point it’s where my career path took me.. I am driven to enable others for justice and what is right. I can not even enter a conversation unless it sparks my interests otherwise it’s painful. I typically do not go out, I do not mingle, I do not visit friends and friends do not visit me. I am terrible at making calls also…

I've always had chatty kathy pop up about an hour after i take my vyvanse. I talk about everything and anything. Its when i know the medicine has hit. These last few months, i know the medication is leaving my system because my skin becomes super itchy. I am unable to sleep, think, or be a working member of society or even my household! Its been so bad I've cried and cried and looked into overdoses, thought about getting hospitalized for hep. Ive changed so many things about my life, but nothing has helped! So i realized today actually, its an intense condition that occurs worse the evenings on days I've taken my vyvanse. Then within a day or two of not taking my vyvanse its goes away. If. Take it again, the itchiness cimes back.

I wonder if the link to constipation can also be neurophysiological. After all, the gut has so many nerves that it is sometimes even called our second brain. And ADHD being a neurodevelopmental condition, to me it would be quite plausible that the digestive issues aren't just caused via proxy by behavioral changes, but a direct link could play at least a part. There also is a lot of overlap with autism. Especially the digestive issues, justice sensitivity, hating small talk are very common autistic traits as well. I remember I was reading Donald Duck as a kid, and I hated the unfairness of what Gladstone Gander did to him to the point that I scratched his head off the page 😅 And I think I wasn't even that small of a kid back then. I just could not stand his smirking face there!

Constipation is a result of eating a plant rich diet. When you move to a ketogenic diet mostly protein and fat and reduce fiber intake then your bowel movements improves. According to professor Georgia Ede and prof Chris Palmer, this type of ketogenic diets also improves mitochondrial function of the brain cells and improves symptoms for mental disorders. Seems like diet and constipation is linked to this fundemental mechanism that also creates ADHD symptoms
@rustyjeep2469

Dammit it's so hard to even go to this place and share some stuff, it feels like oversharing... Binge eating / snacking is a big one for me. I've used it as an amplifier - like when I get into h.focus mode and also when to uphold it longer. Amplifier and catalyst. Let's add light sensitivity. All kinds of sensory input sensitivities. Sometimes whisper both feels and sounds like those large drums the jungle guys bang on. :). I find that light sensitivity often triggers other senses to be overloaded. It may start with light, then usually smell follows, and then sound. I wore sunglasses for a long time until I got some nice filter glasses that is meant for migraines. I can drive in the dark with them np, but it still filters what it needs to filter for me to be comfy. Otherwise all that's in the things in the video. I find it HIGHLY frustrating that nobody thru all of it thru all of the years never asked about adhd before one of the kid was tested...

Part of what helped my was work on my breathing exercises and general mindfulness. I found that I could still have an emotion without it taking over my outward personality. I can then deal with it later instead of just being overcome in the moment. The stimulant then also didn't affect my heart rate anymore either
@johnmoore1495

I don’t know how much you exercise, but cardio will help a lot. Your resting heart rate will lower and thus even with the increase from the medicine you shouldn’t really feel it.

What about getting in too deep topics all the time. This is also extroversion because we need to talk to process idea. As for constipation. Seriously setting up reminders to cook and take lunch help a lot. Magnesium if needed also helps to loosen things up. Drinking water also. This constipation may he due to dehydration mostly. Otherwise after a meal one can have a movement about an hour later. I call it "one in, one out".

Of course! Everyone has all these things. Everyone gets distracted sometimes too. We're talking about how often it happens and how much it affects you. Here's a quote from one study: "Justice sensitivity captures individual differences in the frequency with which injustice is perceived and the intensity of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral reactions to it. Persons with ADHD have been reported to show high justice sensitivity, and a recent study provided evidence for this notion in an adult sample. In 1,235 German 10-to 19-year olds, we measured ADHD symptoms, justice sensitivity from the victim, observer, and perpetrator perspective, the frequency of perceptions of injustice, anxious and angry rejection sensitivity, depressive symptoms, conduct problems, and self-esteem. Participants with ADHD symptoms reported significantly higher victim justice sensitivity, more perceptions of injustice, and higher anxious and angry rejection sensitivity, but significantly lower perpetrator justice sensitivity than controls. In latent path analyses, justice sensitivity as well as rejection sensitivity partially mediated the link between ADHD symptoms and comorbid problems when considered simultaneously. Thus, both justice sensitivity and rejection sensitivity may contribute to explaining the emergence and maintenance of problems typically associated with ADHD symptoms, and should therefore be considered in ADHD therapy." Source: Justice and rejection sensitivity in children and adolescents with ADHD symptoms (pubmed)

@@AntoniasUniverse Ok i like this study. But i have a question, this study is connoting to the idea that people with ADHD have a likelyhood of being more reactive towards their situation. Do you think this can fall within a persons personality? so by nature hes calm less reactive but since he has ADHD he expresses his emotion in an unnatural manner. Side note, ive ben taking Vyvanse for a month now, im 19 and was always incredibly bad at school. I had started taking Vyvanse and have been skyrocketing ever since. iv'e been watching your videos and they've been very helpful so thanks for sharing your journey.
