Really appreciating your long band workouts. These have converted me from using weights. I am 53, and think this is what I need for long term fitness. Your knowledge to use long bands with minimal use of anchors is commendable. Great job Daniel. Last but not the least, your warm up is the perfect supplement. Any chance of adding a cool down?

Awesome video Daniel, really appreciate the time and knowledge you share with us. Couldn't help but notice your pile of kettlebells to hold your straps....I put in 3 "playground handles" on the wall of my workout room and it gives me three outstanding places to anchor the bands. Placed one close to the floor, one 2 feet up from the ground, and then another at about eye height. Really helps me to keep good tension on the bands, especially at the ranges of my motion, and squeeze a bit more out of these exercises. Not hard to install at all if you have a drill, plus if you have an apartment, it is super easy to spackle the holes up prior to moving out. Have a great day Daniel and thanks again
