This is Serious Sam 3: BFE. It is the third game in the Serious Sam first person shooter series, and a prequel to the first game, set in the future before Sam travels back to ancient Egypt for The First Encounter.
Serious Sam 3 came out in November 2011 for PC, in October 2012 for Xbox 360, and May 2014 for PS3.
