The electric babies will have more powerful electricity because Eevee has crazy genes genes. And the normal babies will be able to evolve into the types like Eevee but their powers would be slightly more, quick and erratic. For example, if one decided to evolve into a Vaporeon it’s water moves would be quick and fast, like you were being slapped with something. If that makes sense! :D
