Jungkook is one of those idols who were born to perform. with his solo you can see that he really wanted to focus on the performance part of it, as opposed to being emotionally vulnerable with his lyrics. they’re all just so individually talented it’s insane.

For Seven I actually don't think he's constantly chasing her. I think he's not there, it's more like she's trying to forget about him but she just can't stop thinking about him. Then when she's almost put him out of her mind, he pops back up. In the end she accepts that she loves him and stops fighting it. I think that's why it's just so chaotic, because it represents her inner turmoil

It shouldn't surprise anyone JK chose the songs on his Golden album. Hes done so many covers of English-speaking pop songs so this is in his lane. Because of the time constraint with military service around the corner he relied on other talented artists to help complete his album. SNTY MV director based video on Baz Lurhmans Romeo and Juliet. Hope you check out his many outstanding performances. Just amazing!!

Jungkook is a masterpiece when we talk about live performance. It's way much better live than the recorded version. For this album, he wanted to show us his versatility, his vocals, his harmonies and adlibs etc. He is the king when we talk about live performances and dancing at the same time. You should listen to his entire album GOLDEN and you'll see what I'm talking about. As for 3D, if you don't like the version with Jack H., you have another one with Justin Timberlake or just him alone. To see how good he is live, check out his live performance of Standing Next To You and Hate You on iHeartRadio, it's spectacular. If you want the whole performance with him dancing to the song check out his Jimmy Fallon live performance both were really good. Also he had like a TSX live performance in Time Square it was also really good.

Jungkook's album is diverse. Filled with different genres.. the catchy songs plus the vulnerable ones . It defines the beginning and the end of the relationship. There's heartbreaking songs in Golden too.. i recommend you yo see his tsx live performance

Jungkook said that he originally wanted his album to be more personal but then he realized that he didn’t really have anything meaningful to say so he focused on his singing and dancing more. He even asked fans to not take lyrics or mvs seriously because, in his words, “pictures are just pictures and lyrics are just lyrics”. He’s an amazing performer, the precision of his movements is insane. And his singing! God, there’s the main vocalist of BTS, it’s all I can say. Thank you for another extremely relatable reaction! PS: I personally hate Jack Harlow feature so I added to my playlist Alternate version without him 🤣

I love jungkook he's just so talented 💜💜 I dont think you should take the lyrics and the seven mv too seriously its just supposed to be fun and lighthearted . He also said that none of the songs were his personal stories , they just sounded good . And Jungkook 's voice can make literally anything sound good . Honestly his album has been on repeat since I first listened to it . Its so good . I'm so happy for him , he really achieved his dream of becoming a popstar 💜

JK waited too long to start an album. Said he was enjoying his time off too much 😂. It was then a rush between July and November to find and record the right songs. Plus videos, promotions, etc. No time to write and said he had nothing deep to say 😅. He is a very capable lyricist. I hope he takes part in writing his next album. All the guys have done fantastic with their solo stuff!

Like #1: He is apart of the official KOMCA (The only member after the rap line to do so) and Tae didn't write any of the songs in Layover yet I never see anyone say "I hope Tae participates in the writing next time", like I feel like y'all only do it to Jungkook because Jungkook had an All-English album. Like literally NO ONE ever mentions the fact that Tae didn't write the songs in Layover but for some reason EVERYONE mentions the fact that Jk didn't write the songs in Golden, idk I just think its weird how differently An Pop-English album is treated versus how a Jazz-Korean album is treated. For Standing Next to You: Yes, the sleeve is real. He has to cover up the tattoos for Korean TV shows, though--still frowned upon there. Did you notice all of the dancers were A-list, many of them also choreographers? JK was asked for his dancer wishlist and all of them accepted, which tells you how well respected he is. Standing Next To You - I'm so glad you said she was like a Bond girl because JK gives me Bond vibes when he's in the 3 piece suit. The concept for the music video was taken from the Romeo+Juliet (1996) film so he's not stalking her, she wants to be there. I agree about Jack Harlow, but I really don't care for Latto in Seven either...I much rather they didn't collab with anyone, but it's fine that they do (I mean it is their music). Loved your comments about Jack Harlow...couldn't agree more. Jungkook did a remix with Justin Timberlake which is ever so much better. If you haven't listened to his entire album, GOLDEN, from start to finish, you should. It tells a love story from beginning to end of young love. My favorite songs from the album are "Hate You" and "Shot Glass of Tears". The entire album is in english and several genres to highlight JK's capabilities.

In the seven MV, JK is like a puppy boyfriend. Basically they are already a couple. We see the first scene where they were in a date but they fought about something. So the seven days is basically him trying to coax her / make it up to her by telling her how he'll love her right through all the hardships(storms, flood and unconventional setting. Lols). (i honestly don't get why people thinks he is a red flag in the MV, but maybe its because people have different experiences with relationships ?) You will also see the girl ( han so hee) smiling when they were at the top (hanging?) of the building. Its subtle, but it shows that she likes the coaxing. I mean, she wouldnt come to a stalkers funeral right? .i think we all want to play hard-to-get sometimes on our significant other. Overall, the MV is so cute , him being a puppydog wanting love and attention
