My pully bolt broke what would be the best way to remove it and replace it?

When I put my breaker bar on the 3/4 bolt for the pulley, it doesnt move or release at all. Any tips?

Dumb question and forgive me….are you rotating the correct way?

@BarboursAutoHelp not dumb at all as I had that thought, but was following the instructions to pull towards myself from various videos. It's also just such a small fit I couldn't turn it thr other way without propping it up on a jack (which I'll be doing in about an hour!)
