The entire series is incredible but one game is a candidate for the greatest of all time. I humbly beg you to watch it if you have to pick one. SPOILERS BELOW 1:07:35 - The final game is a full series in itself, for almost half an hour I have no idea who's winning. Not in the dramatic "omg this is so crazy it could go either way" caster speak, but as a player it is so intensely close that any fight could be the end. I watched thousands of games since 15 years ago, still plays mostly 4vs4 at diamond at 51 years old, this is easy top 3 of the best I seen. I can see Serrals hands shaking after this game and Hero (my favourite player) sigh over the keyboard.

Hero played amazing games this tournament. It seemed like he was playing the protoss version of Clem, Olivera, Maru. Lots of continuous pressure. He tech switched mid fight without needing to completely rebuild his army. Before restarting to fight. Just constant pressure with great plays and a wide variety of army usage, depending on the situation.

Hero always has a decent edge here against serral but never commits enough mid game to take out the economy. He suffer late game and collapses. If he takes the right fight he could be winning these games earlier.

Does it ever happen that protoss wins vs Zerg in an equal army size late game fight? All I ever see in the rare cases of toss winning, is toss outmaneuvering the Zerg and clipping off units here and there until they can finally win.

Lmao I'm totally the dude in his 30s who watches but doesn't play anymore. SC2 truly is the best RTS ever made. All stormgate and battle aces have done for me is reveal just how much of a masterpiece SC2 really is. Gonna be watching until the game fully dies, which judging from the AOE2 and SC:BW communities will be never. Hell, I might even play sometime. My day is always a little bit better when I tune into a winter cast.
