eric I played 7 years in the Arena League, wrestled competitively and powerlifted. I had ovo right shoulder resurfacing. Im in month 11 and can only bench press 135. Just started doing the wall slides. wow

Hi Eric, I have a flat thoraric spine, and unfortunately also pain in the area. Do you recommend other exercises for a flat T-spine? Best Jeppe

Unfortunately, you can't change your flat t-spine. The kyphosis (amount of curvature) is dictated by the shape of the vertebral bodies. So unless you can bend bone.... I hope you got some help from a physical therapist who specializes in spinal syndromes. If you want to hope for a quick fix, you can try the chiro. Cheers!

As warm up before pushing workout, but also as mush as you want - 3 sets of 10 reps. 1 rep is up-down.
