Thank you for your training, I have winged shoulder because my serratus anterior muscle is weak... I do this exercise with triceps bar with light weights on the wall and I have no problem raising my arms up... can it be used for Is it useful for me? Of course, I also do other exercises such as push up, pullover, and bear hug.......وربین And how much to raise the arms, because when I raise them to the end, it gets help from the trupzeus muscles.

I can get into the position and feel the 'cramping' on the one side. On the opposite side I feel nothing.. as if there is no activation whatsoever. Generally I have difficulty getting that lat to turn on at all. Any thoughts?

CrossFit Amoskeag i really recognize that " feeling nothing " thing. I got the same and from what i heard its from muscle imbalance and tight/ short muscles from o e side to the other. Keep following those rehab exercises and keep working at external rotation, its the only solution! Have a good day! :)

Coach Paige F probably a good thing to help external rotation. Brent brookbush has an exercise like that I think

Hi Eric, what's the reason for he ROM limitation when performing the shoulder flexion with the scapulas protracted? Is it because the serratus have been "pre shortened" and the upward rotation is inefficient? AC joint limitation? Thank you very much in advance.

I’ve thought the same thing. Maybe try these exercises beforehand and see how it helps?
