If you have a weak serratus, is it safe to roll it? I’m assuming mine is weak on one side since my old pt gave me serratus punch exercises. But it feels tight. Can it be tight instead of weak?? I also have this side neck pain

Kat. Exactly , I have been ,feeling week and tired because of catering to my pain of tensed muscles , I been moving but , .. Long story now my abdoman! Ribs , and anger issues, are leaving my muscles spine abdoman VB ok w hamstrings very tight / week l seem to be in that vicious cycle of pain or tensed muscles.
