I think Serris caught me the most off-guard out of all of the bosses. With others they seemed like they had a place, or were new and thus I was more excited than anything else, this was a cameo boss and I had never really thought about where Serris could have come from when playing Fusion xD so seeing it on SR388 was a shock. Then again, seeing it anywhere in the wild on any planet in any Metroid game would surprise me.

I can agree with that one, but at least it makes sense considering it seems to be hinted at that a large number of creatures in the station (can't remember the name, haven't played Fusion for a bit) are from SR388.

actually, only Sector 1 was based on SR388; most of the other creatures that were prominent came from Zebes (or as Other M revealed, from the BOTTLE Ship).

Still, I very much think that Serris makes sense. Keep in mind MOST of the other creatures.

And you should keep in mind that there wasn't an Aquatic section in the original Metroid 2 because the Gravity Suit didn't exist xD so Serris actually wouldn't make much sense.

Serris really came as a suprise for me. (Somehow I was not expecting the watersnake in an underwater area) it was great they added that to the game as it's one of my favorite boss tracks.

I remember seeing the room and being like "Wait wasn't Series a boss in this game...?" And went in basically every other room i could... only to find the boss was WAYYY to easy.

I wish they'd do a 3d metroid game with serris maybe have build up encounters were you dodge it a few times n it carves up a few room, this lightning fast massive water snake was refreshing cause it wasn't rng hitter like SOME fusion bosses its was patterned atks. You had to keep eyes open n think ahead or it'd hit n run your hp to zero.

some guys on the reddit seem to have the source code and updated the game to include some fixes and run options, but original team stopped everything after the C&D.

It's a shame that this boss softlocks the game on ps vita and all that you can do with that is glitch the game or mod it to bypass the boss.
