I had the issue with the Scramblecoin board fog when I challenged Mulan during night time the other day. I was so confused lol I couldn't see anything on the board. This patch was much needed. Hopefully they fix the glitch where lights don't turn on at night, that one's been bugging me so much lately

I agree Quest where we have to chase anything down and this includes the hunt for Snippets causes pain in my hands lures are a nice way around that

Thanks Serroh! I figured PS cross-save won't be coming before the end of the year, but it's good to know for sure. At least now we know that it's only delayed and not totally canceled. Also, I'm grateful for some of those bug fixes (no more red dot and rain watering crops on floating islands is great), but I'm kinda sad they took away the ability to put lure traps in the main valley. Tbh I didn't even realize that was a bug, so I didn't take advantage of it to farm those white birds yet. Guess I'll have to collect them the old fashioned way lol.. At least we have manuals now, so I can recruit a few more helpers to increase drops.

You kind of rushed over the fact that the sticky traps can no longer be placed in the mail valley. This means you can no longer use them to acquire the white snippets.

I am glad they communicated about the PS cross save. Delays happen but it's just being open about it. I am not a ps player so it doesn't impact me personally but glad there is an update for those ppl waiting for it

@@madeleintjuh14yes… I got the update today and my lures are gone from the valley, but also no white bird snippets are there any more. But the collections snippet tab says white snippets are in Dreamlight Valley. I think wherever snippets are, lures should be allowed.

@ they’re randomly in 1 biome each day so I doubt we’ll me able to use the lures since they are technically sbv exclusive 😅

Wow everyone was right, can't use the lure traps in tbe valley anymore, im standing in the meadow OUTSIDE and searched for them, they are covered up saying outdoor only? That wasn't cool of DDLV 😢

I'm ok with the delay if it means it will work smoothly, I would rather wait some extra time then have my save get corrupted or have items go missing between cross saves

Im really getting tired of soft locking in First Person. Usually happens when I'm mining, which i have been doing a lot of. Only thing to do is reboot. I'm still getting the bug where i fast travel to weird locations when i go from my Vale to Valley. Most of the time, I'm flying way above the ground. One time, I was under it. The currency doesn't change from Storybook Magic to Dreamlight either. Even if i map travel to the Floating Islands or to EI, it's stuck in Storybook Magic for my tasks. Also noticed a bug where my wardrobe got stuck in the Dreamsnaps tab. While this was good for choosing my accessories, it was not fun when i wanted to save my outfit to favorites. It did not have the save outfit slots. Does anyone else feel that the bustable spawns (log, teacup, mushrooms, marble pillar) are not spawning as frequently as the bustables in the Valley or Island? I get maybe one or two of each a day. I've made Teacup Falls my Wonderland themed garden and actually want the teacups and mushrooms to spawn there. I've only gotten one mushroom and one teacup to spawn there in the past 4 days.

@Serroh , I too have the scramble coin sounds messing up. Most of the time none of the sounds but the music even work. I got that bug once where the board was covered in fog lol. By the way, the new wings pair well with the green Ariel dream bundle dress, so it probably would with the green male outfit from that bundle. Thought I’d mention that in case you want to try that combo.

No they haven't changed the size of the items. They were displaying to large when viewing them. They were super big and you couldn't look at them properly.

On Switch, there's still lagging and stuttering (and crashing). The wallpaper and flooring at Scrooges was fixed. Every time there's an update or hot fix at least one decorating object in my valley gets removed. For example, this last update a giant root arch I had in the Forgotten Lands disappeared.

Question. What does cross save mean? Because currently i’m playing on my brother’s PS5, but I’m honestly thinking of getting my own PS5 but not wanting to start brand new in DLV. So would Cross Save allow me to recover my game on my Brothers PS5 on my own console? If so then that feature needs to HURRY UP 😂

Cross-save means moving your save across platforms. At the moment, PS saves can only be moved to other PS consoles (PS4 or PS5), so afaik you shouldn't have any issues moving your save to another PS5. However, if you want to switch to another platform, such as PC, switch or xbox, that's not currently available. Other platforms do have cross-save already, so say you play on PC but also own the game on switch, you can continue the same saved game on whichever device you prefer - Either go back and forth between them, or simply use the feature to move your save across and continue playing on another device. This is currently possible on all platforms other than Playstation. So players who started on PS, are currently forced to keep playing on PS, until they introduce cross-save for us. Hope that makes sense :)
