Fuji needs to stop the cap 🧢 and give you the bag💰 - no dialogue until 3:28 and I think you expressed more than any Fujifilm promotion, announcement, and/or community event could possibly convey. Everything you create is cinematic, but really impressed that your artistic ceiling continues to rise.

You are a very talented young man. I love your kind approach, and for me, you are a great facilitator. Who am I? An old 35mm photographer. A dying breed, yes. If you'll let me indulge a bit, I'd digress a little bit from the EKTAR concept. Ektar film was a 25 ASA negative film from Kodak. One of the latest inventions from Kodak, just before they went out of the market. It was an attempt from Kodak to bring, on negative, the vibrancy of the Kodak 25 ASA Ektachrome, which was a slide film processed only by Kodak. The images could only be appreciated by projecting them on a screen. You needed Cibachrome to make prints. They were gorgeous and could yield gigantic prints. Vibrant colors were the philosophy of Kodak. Then, there was the German or European philosophy of colors. It came from Agfa, which yields colors with what you call nowadays organic colors. From what I know, no digital formula will ever give today even half of that vibrancy, which will never come back. You deserve my unequivocal respect and admiration. I am not judging your work. I admire it. Please take my words as an old reminiscence from an old brother of the lens. Keep on sharing your best, please. Have a great day!! :)

Wonderful as always. Side note: many modern phones have rounded corners and notches and such, so I’d suggest baking the letterbox/black bars into the upload instead because KZbin then can let you have the zoomed view like this has, or unobstructed full 16:9 (with bars in there). As it is now, KZbin will force it to zoom because it detects an ultra wide ratio compared to 16:9, and will force an obstructed view on corners and under notches etc. If uploaded as 16:9 resolutions but with the bars in it, the viewer can choose to watch it full screen and no cut corners. Just a thought!

This video is very relaxing to watch. Chef’s kiss to the shot at 15:47 that nearly looks like a painting. I’m a Sony DSLR user but I’m definitely switching to Fuji when I get my next camera. Sony Jpegs (on their older DSLRs) are not pleasing to the eye in my opinion. I love processing RAWs to get the right look I’m going for but I just don’t have time to do that these days. This video shows you can get some seriously creative and beautiful film simulated looks straight out of camera with Fujifilm.
