🖐🖐🖐😱😱😱 @ 00:02:48 You state : "Its enormous ears act like satellite dishes that help it detect the faintest sounds while hunting, even sounds coming from underground." Factually, not. Satellite dishes are designed to detect electromagnetic waves, but Serval's ear are selected to detect sound pressure waves. This actually fundamentally different, it is a shame for a scientifc channel to mix these notions. You could have compared to other sound detector, like World War 2 motor planes sound detectors. Other than that, congrats for your work and thank you for this nice video. Peace & Prosper ❤🖐

@@AnimalFactFiles 🏆🙌😍👍👍Congratulations for your positive feedback. As you seem open to positive criticism, I have to point out that you made a 😱😨😅🤔mistake in your mistake. You intended to illustrate "Satellite dishes", but you apparently chose to display antennas from Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope (WSRT), which is Radio Astronomy Observatory, using aperture synthesis interferometry. What I mean is that these are not "Satellite dishes" at all, these are Radio Astronomy antennas. That's a second mistake, and that makes two wrong/ambiguous/misleading/vague pieces of information that are not informing accurately and scientifically your audience. Still, Peace & Prosper! ❤🖐

Serval hunting successes are at 50% compared to domestic House cats at just 10% when it comes to catching their prey. Birdwatchers and the people who seem to not like cats and want them to be classified as invasive species. They seem like a bunch of idiots when it comes to cats hunting. I am more of a firm believer that the real invasive species that has led to the extinctions of mini small birds and other small animals is not the cat but irresponsible humans who own cats, but refuse to get them fixed. As well as those two just toss an unfixed cat outside to have them fend for themselves where they are and these cats are allowed to breed which leads to these large cat colonies that can become a problem. I’m all for the Trap, Neuter, and Release or TDR Programs that allows them to become a more stable and healthy colony if not all of the cats are able to be adopted out to a furever homes where they can live out a life that’s filled with all the love and care that they can have from their human caretakers. I’m all for educating the public and those who view cats as invasive species or pests. I want to bring them back to the prestige that cats had in Ancient Times. Where they were treated as deities or gods
