Being a server your guest deserve to have a excellent service.. in do's and don't there's a rules and regulations, the server must do excellent service but don't expect for the tips from the guest.

His vibe is very forced and tacky… not genuine, to be a good server being genuine is key. Just being yourself is a big part of it.

You want to get them to buy more food+drinks+specials without it being obvious, his tacky vibe is very off putting and car salesmanny. just be yourself fr
