I have PTSD also. Did you know that critical care nurses can develop PTSD? I use to freeze in place in large stores. Once I froze at a hair care area in the store and stood their looking at products for over 1 hour. I decided to get a standard poodle to aid me in these kinds of situations. My trainer went with me to view a group of poodle puppies so that he could help me choose the one that I would train. Well, Bo is coming on 15 yrs old and he doesn't really remember much of his training. His birthday is on April 1st, and yes, I almost named him Joker. LOL. WHAT I centered on with my dog was to recognize when I was in trouble and to lead me back to my car. I could tell him to find the car and he would lead me out of that situation to the car. IF I became confused and he recognized it, he would attempt to get me started moving. Is this what you are doing with "Fluffy"? I was just wondering what special thing you are attempting to do with Fluffy, as to be a "service dog" they need to perform a function that is specific to your disability. Thanks allot for your videos.

A special thing for fluffy to do? I think you are talking about task for Fluffy related to my disability. I have him both for mental and physical disabilities. These are just a couple but we have many and are still learning more.... retrieval, reminder, cue, DPT, touch. You will see in future videos him showing some of his task.

I am not a trainer, my trainer teaches me how to do a task and I execute. Yes, if you want to look at it a different way... I am training the dog, so I am a trainer. Lol.
