the reports table has a column/field called table??????

Yeah.. Every report is based on a table from which it gets the data. That is the field where that source table is stored.

Hey! I am just getting into this Servicenow career, I don’t have a degree do you think that would be a problem? I currently have my CSA and I have also worked on integrations as well as ITSM.

I think have a degree from a four year college is becoming less and less important. It's great that you have your CSA! That puts you above MANY out there looking for SN jobs. Keep training, keep learning, and keep practicing using your Personal Developer Instance (PDI). Let me know how the job search is going! Thanks for being part of the channel!

Is it possible to create a report that shows the number of a certain class of CIs in the CMDB over a time frame?

The company I work for is determined to migrate Powerbi reports to this ServiceNow module and the limitations it has are ridiculous. It is not a BI tool

Yeah, I got super busy with my full-time job this Summer and haven't been able to complete as many of the videos as I'd hoped. Please take a look at the Knowledge Management Fundamentals and CMDB Fundamentals as they were pulled directly from the SN Fundamentals course. Those will help, and I'll continue working to finish up. Thanks for being part of the channel!

Hi sir, I am looking for a job in Knowledge management, and most of the companies are asking for the working knowledge of ServiceNow. In the company I work for, we have SharePoint and CMS as primary tools for content management. Can you please provide some suggestions what skills I should work on to land a job in KM functions? Hmmmm.. I'm not sure specifically about a KM job, but I'd recommend working toward your CSA Certification in ServiceNow. It gives a great broad understanding of the platform and will allow you to apply KM in all sorts of different use cases. I hope that helps! Thanks for being part of the channel!
