for the lights in the wheel well, if is hard to remove the cover, any two legged hand tool used in reverse should do the trick. Spread the handles and stick them in the cross. Turn left.

In the UK, the interval for the air filter and spark plugs is 4 years.

I believe it depends on the car model, not the country. For instance, Mini recommends spark plugs to be changed every second oil service for Mini Cooper S and at every oil service for the JCW.

I'm so glad your channel popped up in the reccomendations! I got myself (well - technically it's for my fiance, but let's face it - I'll probably rip around in it more often) a 2012 Mini Cooper S R56. It's a project car and I'm about to do a service to it! I would struggle with the sparkplugs without wathing your video! P.S. What a BEAUTIFUL surrondings you live in. I'm planning to move to Austria from central/eastern europe - any recommendations on to which part of Austria should I consider the most?

As for living in Austria, I would recommend any place near nature! Personally I am located in the region Tyrol, but Salzburg and Carinthia are also stunning!

Ich fahr nen 2010er JCW und was ich nur empfehlen kann wenn man häufiger was an seinem Auto macht, oder man mehrerer Reifensätze hat, ist ne Stehbolzen Conversion. Das sind so Doppelgewindebolzen, die man einfach mit bisschen Loctite in die originalen Gewinde dreht und dann kann man Radmuttern verwenden. Kostet insgesamt ca 80€ 😊👍🏻

Most spark plugs are pregapped! As is true for the ones I use.

yes but how did you know without checking them that the gap had not closed or opened before fitting them

They are delivered in safe packaging that ensures the gap stays the same :)

You have to oil the O ring of the filter housing, so the next time it will be easy to change…
