To anyone doing the oil filter, be careful with that coolant tank. There's a plastic T fitting for the coolant system that is very easy to snap without much force, especially now that these cars are getting older. If you do snap that part, you can get a 3/4 by 5/8 by 3/4 brass T barbed fitting from somewhere like Lowes, only like a $6 part. I snapped mine and replaced it with one of those. I couldn't find a 3/4 by 5/8 by 3/4 at Lowes and ended up buying a 3/4 by 3/4 by 3/4 fitting, the line to the turbo was tight but it worked. Also needed to get hose clamps as well. Theres a good youtube video somewhere on it.

When he says be careful when moving the reservoir to get at the oil filter believe him. I snapped the outflow pipe off when it joins the engine resulting in having to buy an expensive replacement part. 10 year old plastic pipes/tubes can get brittle. Be careful.

French Engineering that the Germans and Brits had to live with as it wasnt their engine design... pitfalls of brands using off the shelf engines.
