Thanks Jonathan! I just saw that I have hit the 20 000! My tip is to be prepared to go through some hard days ahead but to not give up and stay positive! Stay kind to the guests and the coworkers ( even the nasty ones) work hard and learn! If you are hired already tell them to send you immediately the wine list, the menu and if they have some special procedures! Make sure you spend as much time as you need to learn those through! This will help you tremendously in the next few weeks! Good luck and all the best!
