Nicely done. One small error. The power does not change expinentially luke you said but linearly. It's not 25kg per cm (25kg/cm). It's 25 kg cm (25kg × 1cm). So it has 25kg power 1cm away and 12.5kg 2cm away.

That started out to be a great demonstration, but had some issues along the way. The force decreases linearly. If the servo has 25kg at 1 cm, it has 12.5kg at 2 cm and 8.33kg at 3 cm. And that’s with the servo arm perpendicular to the pushrod. As the arm moves away from center, the force will increase due the connection point moving in an arc. Of course, the slave gets harder to move the further it travels from center. Also, shortening the arm on the slave is bad. It needs to be long enough that it doesn’t have enough leverage to overcome the pushrod. Having the pushrod further away from the shafts is much better than having it too close. Doubling the length of the arm decreases the force on the pushrod by 50%.
