ServoCity MPT1100-SS Pan/Tilt Motorized Head Review

This review is of the www.servocity.com MPT1100-SS Motorized pan/tilt head. I bought this head to use with my jib and am thoroughly impressed. The head handles extremely well is smooth, not to loud, 360 degrees, and has a variable speed joystick controller. Overall I think this is the best head for this price on the market.

hey! i got the same head and it is great! but you mounted the camera not correct. try to mount it more balanced to the tilt-axis. then there is less torque and the camera moves even smoother. take the camera off, turn the tilt 180 degrees and mount it again. put it to the very back end of the plate so that the axis is at the beginning and half height of the lens. that works best. greetings, phil.
