Ahi tuna is such a great and easy to prepare fish. I’ll have to give your version a try. Some people get freaked out because of the pink center. 🤔🤓

What am I doing wrong if my seasoning is not sticking to fish AFTER it's frying in skillet? Anyone any clues would be appreciated!

Hello Shinee D and this is my first time doing this. You really did a great job in your block of instructions, going to make you laugh with that statement. I was once an Army Drill Instructor for three years and retired Army with 25 years service. Anyway great job I'm doing it as I write this. I marinated mine with a recipe off the web. I like the idea with the sesame seeds which I actually have. So without further ado great job again, along with subscribing to your channel thanks again. Sincerely CWO Arni Shook 😎

What are the measurements for the sesame oil & soy sauce?
Hint, put tuna steaks in covered frying pan with water, steam until cooked all the way through. Then fry in butter and spices, especially if you don't want to eat raw fish.

"Combine all the ingredients in a cup." What ingredients? How much of each? How about a recipe, duuhhhh... Is this a cooking demo, or a look at me cook video?

STOP STOP your tuna MUST be completely covered with sesame seeds on all sides and edges. you did not brush the tuna with wasabi before dipping them in the sesame.
