Awwwww.... this is one of my all time favorite!!!! It is my must have during chinese new year...
Lol, I don't know how so many foods r so much similar or same in between India and China Coz *This is What we called Anarsa( a sweet indian snack) here in India* and some times made by mom and always available in local streets and selled by authentic Indian sweet soaps bt I prefer to buy from small vendors on streets coz they made it more crunchy and we Indians (specially in Bihar) have this Anarsa from decades and we enjoy this sweet snack from our childhood here. PS:- We use rice flour with lil amount of all purpose flour and not add egg in it tho.

Rice flour... interesting. Here in mauritius it is vey popular. We call it gato zinzli. Zinzli means sesame seeds. Ive never made mine with rice flour though. Should try it for i know its gna taste delicious.
