When you think about it Dick Dastardly might be the worst (or at least most challengeable) play ever in NMJ history. Double out on name in dictionary. Out for feet dangling. Out for appearing on TV with a dog. Out for having name on the front of a book.

When you think about it, there’s no real mechanism for challenging whether the chooser has got the name right (or whether the category is actually correct for that name) in NMJ. It’s a big failure of the rules. Hopefully James Acaster will resolve this when he becomes the first guest player.
@Shift8YawnsShift83 жыл бұрын
@@tr1ckster it is the biggest hole in the rules, but I don't think it necessarily needs to be fixed. There is a common understanding that if it feels early on, or if the category is quickly changed, and the mood is right, then it's no big deal. They have said before that such a play results in elimination, but their actions don't match their words. If we look at precedent, I think any one of them could be got off such a challenge.
